Hello,
I know this email will come to you as a surprise, but never mind. I am Richard Malik, Manager in Charge of Sovereign Wealth Funds; I propose to arrange a grant of at least 35.7M Euros to you for business investment.
This grant attracts absolutely no interest, and will stay on the Bank’s record for 6 months, after which it will be written off! This is possible because Sovereign Wealth Funds in my charge usually remain dormant (inactive) for years because some government officials in the Middle East who made the initial deposits intended to steal the funds after leaving office. But, they are either kicked out or killed in Office, and the Sovereign Wealth Funds accounts then go into dormant mode. Secondly, it is imperative to let you know that you are in very good position to receive this fund because of your nationality. This is because of the basic requirements and confidentiality agreement our firm has signed with the client in question is that the fund will be used in your region and that’s why I need your partnership.
Therefore, It might interest you to know that if you help and corporate with me, I can help you on how to secure all the legal document that can be use to process your name as the real Beneficiary of this very fund 35.700,000.00 Euros, plus, guide to all the necessary procedures regarding how this fund can be transfer into your Bank account in a week or less, with absolutely 100% risk free in the transaction. Update! Received the exact same message again, but the amount changed from €35.7m to €25.4m and the name from "Richard Malik" to "Malik Richard"! Go figure… The story is obviously bogus. Clearly a Nigerian scam. Beware!

Subject: sovereign wealth fund scam
Message Body:
Hello,
I am contacting you because I have some friends who are actively engaged in trying to arrange with banks to accept a deposit from a sovereign wealth fund so that they can use it for religious projects, and those which would help the poorest and most in need, in the community. I don’t have all the details because they are a bit secretive about it, but apparently it relates to a sovereign trust fund from the Bruce family in Scotland. They have been told that they fund has so much money that it had to clear hurdles of different world banks, including the Vatican Bank, etc.
I am convinced the whole thing is a scam, but since I haven’t seen any of the actual details, I thought I would check with you to see if you had heard anything about this. I think they may have been asked initially for capital, which also suggests to me that this is a scam.

(August 19, 2019 - 2:22 pm)Hello Lisa, everything screams it is a scam indeed! Don’t let them pay *anything*! If you truly want to invest in your project they would be able to send money without the need for funding from the receivers end. Good luck.

Is there an ILLUMINATI membership fee or monthly dues?
The ILLUMINATI has no need for donations of any kind and will never demand payment for membership. Anyone who solicits money for membership in the ILLUMINATI should be reported to us.
Costs from our partners — for example, fees involved in manufacturing the Talisman, printing the Testament, or security for attendees of Illuminios — are the sole responsibility of those who request them. The ILLUMINATI is not a charity and does not subsidize any person’s costs to improve their lives. The production of any item bearing our name is handled solely by our partners and consultants.
For the sake of clarity, citizens are reminded that there is no harm to a person’s standing with the ILLUMINATI if they do not study the Testament or display their loyalty in public. These decisions are solely their own. There are no costs, fees, or purchases required for loyalty to the ILLUMINATI.
Never pay resellers who demand high prices for anything related to our organization. Such profit-seeking is unauthorized and likely counterfeit. Membership cannot be sold, traded, or transferred under any circumstances.
These policies are in place for the protection of our citizens. When questioning the legitimacy of anyone claiming to represent our organization, the true ILLUMINATI can be set apart easily: money means nothing to those who print it.
